Rev. Dr. Bernice Baxter

Personal Bio:  Rev Dr. Bernice Baxter

Rev. Dr. Baxter is currently Associate Pastor of the Harold O. Davis Memorial Baptist/United Church of Christ. She is an ordained Minister licensed to preach the Gospel and a Certified Teacher of God's Word. Positions held are Overseer (Assistant General Secretary of Higher Ground Christian Fellowship International), Pastor of Women's Affairs, and is the Recording Secretary of Women of Faith Interdenominational Ministries.

She is Professor Emeritus, Eastern University where she taught classes for
undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral prepared nursing and education
students. She has taught Sunday School for all age groups, and conducted
Bible Studies at St. Paul’s Baptist Church, Harold O. Davis UCC and for Faith Bible Institute at Harold O. Davis. 

Reverend Baxter is a graduate of Bellevue Schools of Nursing, New York University, and obtained the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Pennsylvania, an Education Masters (ED.M) at Temple University and Masters in Divinity (M.Div.) at Palmer Theological Seminary (Previously Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary). She received a Doctor of Divinity International Christian University.

"And the servant of the Lord must not strive, but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient." - II Timothy 2:24. That is Reverend Baxter's prayer - to be a good servant unto God.
